Gentle Paws is a family-run pet cremation service in Warrington, created from personal experience and a belief that families deserve a kinder, clearer service at a difficult time.
After losing our own dog Rocky, we experienced first-hand how confusing and stressful pet cremation can be when pricing is unclear, communication is poor, and the return of ashes takes too long. That experience sparked one simple thought — we could do better.
We built Gentle Paws to offer compassionate 24/7 support, clear cremation options, and a respectful service for dogs, cats and small pets, with home or veterinary collection available. Our aim is to return your pet’s ashes within 24–48 hours where possible.
Bella, our German Shepherd, became our very first cremation just before we opened, and she remains the heart of our business. Today, we’ve helped over 150 families say goodbye, treating every pet with dignity, care, and respect throughout the entire process.
